Board of Directors . David Kelly joined the board of directors in 2019 following his retirement from Acadian. He served 25 years as Acadian’s executive vice president and chief financial officer. He oversaw all of the company’s accounting, budgeting, financial and income tax reporting processes. He currently serves as Chairman of the Audit.
